Scheduling Appointments

  • **Please note that to respect privacy, we do not view phone numbers for “missed calls”.  Only calls that leave a voicemail with a phone number will be returned.

• Walk-Ins: Walk-in appointments are accepted based on the availability of the healthcare practitioner.

Cancellations

We understand that certain life circumstances may cause you to have to cancel your appointment.  In the event that you have to cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24hrs notice, though any notice is appreciated. Any missed appointments without notification will be subject to a $35 “No Show” fee.  In the event that 3 consecutive appointments are cancelled or missed, the client will be required to pay in full at the time of booking to secure their appointment.  Exceptions for extraneous circumstances will be made.
