Instead of “I’m going to work out 5 days a week,” how about you shoot for 1 or 2 days a week. Instead of “I’m going to eat super healthy every single day,” why not pick 3 nights a week to plan healthy meals. Or better yet, pick one night to cook a few healthy foods so that you can have healthy leftovers for lunches. And don’t forget your Acupuncture or Massage visits! Commit to one session a month.
